Will there be any cancellation fees incurred if I were to need to cancel my reservation?

Currently, we do not have plans to enforce cancellation fees yet. We understand that travel plans may change and seek your cooperation in contacting us soonest so that we may release your reservation.

Will there be any deposit required for bookings?

As of now, there is no deposit required. However do note that for those who are making a last minute (1day/same day) booking and require our transport provider for check-in, the transport cost will have to be paid first before your booking can be made.

Will all the boarded pet guests be housed together?

No. Your furbabies will be housed together if they’re bonded but never with the rest of the boarded guests or our own. They all will be given their own spaces 🙂

Will there be additional charges for special care such as providing my own vegetables or vitamins supplement?

There will not be any additional charges. You may bring them along and we will implement it into their diet at no extra charge.

During playtime, will the females and males be allowed to play together?

No. They will have separate play sessions.

I need boarding for my hamsters, do I need to bring my cage?

Yup, please bring your hamster cage along with their accessories. We will provide all the food and water for your hamster.

Timing of checking in/out

Monday – Sundays : 7.30pm to 10pm

If you need to make arrangements for another timing, do contact us @82054199 and we will try our best to accommodate 🙂

 

Do you offer transportation services?

Yes! Pet transportation is available.  Please indicate your address and timing for pick-up and drop off when making a booking online or with us 🙂

Do you accept boarding for pets who are sick?

Yes we do. When making a booking, do indicate that your pet is sick and leave us the instructions for the feeding of the medications.

If your pet requires medical attention during it’s stay, it will be sent to your preferred vet, or VetCentral and we will notify you as soon as we can.

What happens if my pets fall sick during it’s stay?

In any case whereby your pet falls ill during its stay, we will bring you pets to your preferred vet if you have, or VetCentral and you will be notified. The medical bills will be paid first by us and reimbursed back in full by the owner upon checking out.

Do we use your pets for breeding?

No, we do not and will not subject your piggies to intentional breeding. Your piggies are here to stay and make new friends while you’re away. Please do be assured that during their play time they will be closely supervised and the male and female piggies are separated at all times.

What happens if I am unable to pick up my pets on the day of check-out?

Do let us know in advance and we will make arrangements. Extended stays will be priced accordingly.
